• Use illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

We may determine violations at our sole discretion.

6. Tracking & Reporting

Earnings, clicks, and stats shown on the Platform are estimates. Final results are based on our records and/or third-party partner data.

7. Payments

• Earnings are not guaranteed and may be adjusted or canceled
• Payments are subject to validation, compliance, and partner approval
• We may withhold or reverse earnings due to fraud, invalid traffic, returns, or non-payment from partners
• Minimum payout thresholds and schedules may apply
• You are responsible for all taxes

8. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party retailers, affiliate networks, tracking systems, or payment providers. Their decisions may affect your earnings.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, tools, and branding belong to Clearance Finds. You may not copy or misuse them.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the Platform. Unpaid earnings may be withheld if related to violations.

11. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee earnings, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or lost earnings. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to you in the last 2 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Clearance Finds harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
